Pulse is a personal check-in and reminder service. It helps users maintain daily check-ins and notify saved emergency contacts only when configured escalation conditions are met.

3. Not emergency services

Pulse is not a medical, rescue, dispatch, or emergency response service. In urgent situations, contact local emergency services directly.

4. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and emergency contact details.
  • Keep login credentials secure.
  • Maintain current check-in settings and saved contacts.
  • Only add emergency contacts who have consented to receiving safety alerts.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Pulse for unlawful or abusive behavior.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or immediate message delivery across all devices, providers, and networks.

7. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations. Users may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from app use.
