Delete account

Permanently remove your account and data.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Sign in to Pulse.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete Account Permanently.

This removes the account, check-in history, settings, emergency contacts, and other data linked to that account.

If you cannot access the app

Send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@pulsechecksafe.com.

Include the subject Delete Pulse account and the email address used for the account so we can verify the request.

What gets deleted

  • Authentication account
  • Profile and settings
  • Check-in history and streak data
  • Saved emergency contacts

What may be retained temporarily

Limited operational records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup recovery windows.
